IBM Hursley Access Terms

To ensure we remain welcome guests at IBM Hursley and are able to continue using the site for Go-Ride coaching, all participants and parents/guardians must adhere to the following access terms:

1. Site Entry: Access the site ONLY via the southern entrance in Hursley village (see map). Do not use any of the entrances off the A3090 from Winchester.
   
   
2. Restricted Areas: All adults and children must stay clear of the IBM office buildings at all times. It is permissible to walk in the grounds, but not near any of the buildings.
   
   
3. Parking: All vehicles must park in the South car park, which is clearly signed when you access the site.
   
   
4. Coaching Location: Go-Ride sessions will take place in the East car park, which is a short walk from the South car park, and clearly signed.
   
   
5. Toilet Facilities: Toilets as well as drinks and snacks to purchase will be available at the Hursley Sports and Social Club during our 3pm-4pm sessions. Please note this is a private members club who have kindly agreed to our use of their facilities.
   
   
6. Supervision: Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times on site when not directly participating in coached activities.
