Cycling Insurance
It’s advisable for all members to take out their own 3rd party insurance. You can do this through the Club’s affiliation with either Cycling UK or British Cycling (Ride membership).
If you are looking to race then a British Cycling Race membership (Gold or Silver) will give you the appropriate insurance cover. The Affiliated member rates are as follows:

Cycling UK affiliated membership can be made directly online using the this link. Insert Club Code 8002021 for the discounted rate. If you’re moving an existing full Cycling UK membership to a discounted affiliated one then you need to do so on the day of expiry and not before otherwise your affiliated membership year will start on the date you make the request. Renewals of existing affiliated memberships can be made online in advance of expiry.
BC affiliated memberships can be made by yourself at www.britishcycling.org.uk. You’ll need to input the Club name (full name of Velo Club Venta) when prompted and the promo code above.
These discounts are only available to Club members. If you’re a prospective member, you’ll need to take up Club membership first.
